Cleaning and Stay
Final cleaning is included in your stay. For stays of seven nights or more, an interim cleaning with fresh bed linen and towels is provided.
Comfort & Mobility
Each apartment includes a garage parking space as well as an additional parking spot directly at the property. An EV charging station is available.
Kitchen & Enjoyment
The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard and carefully prepared. Coffee, tea, and selected basic ingredients are provided for a relaxed stay.
No Pets Allowed
Golden Hill is intentionally pet-free, offering a high-quality, allergy-friendly living environment.

EV charging station in the garage: 11 kW for convenient and efficient charging of your electric vehicle on site.
Your reservation is confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the total amount has been received and you have obtained written confirmation by email.
The deposit is to be paid via bank transfer.
The remaining balance can be settled on site in cash or by credit card.
Upon request, we are happy to issue the invoice in advance.
Cancellation terms are specified individually as part of your non-binding offer.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
